Pineberry Smash

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries, leafy greens removed
  • 3-4 pineberries, leafy greens removed
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 pinch espelette pepper
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 4 oz sparkling water

Directions

In a glass, muddle pineberries and strawberries.

Stir in agave, espelette pepper, lime juice and spirit of choice, such as vodka, tequila or mezcal.

Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a Strawberry, Pineberry and Lime wedge on a pick.
